Highly Recommend! Exceptional service! The staff are amazing, professional, friendly, helpful and honest. Good vibes as soon as you walk in the door. They also arranged my rental, hassle free. Got my vehicle back sooner than expected and it was clean inside and out. Much appreciated.
Had to get my windshield replaced. From the begining they were great. Booked a time on a convenient date for the repair. The staff were very helpful and great to speak with. It made a very annoying issue into something that went off without a hitch! Thanks to Mike (Manager) and his staff. Great Job! Appreciated!
Edit: manager (Mike) has reached out to me to resolve the door issue. He apologized for not mentioning my doors and I could hear the sincerity in his voice. They’re working on getting the parts and fixing it. Overall happy with how they handled the only issue I had. Thanks Boyd Autobody for stepping up and resolving this! Clear communication overall. Do not take your car here! Brought my daughter’s car here. There were scratches on the paint along with damage to the lane assist camera. Manager refuses to reimburse for out of pocket expenses due to their incompetence. Manager is rude. No accountability here what so ever! Do yourself a favour and take your vehicle somewhere else! Find a body shop that provides customer service because this one doesn’t!
Brought my daughter’s car to this location for dent repair due to hail damage. Picked it up to find scratches on both front quarter panels along with the lane assist camera disconnected and in need of recalibration. Spoke to the manager and was rudely informed that they don’t repair exterior hail damage from the inside of a car. Yet their paperwork states parts of the interior were removed and replaced exactly where the camera is mounted. Manager could not explain the reason for this and yet still denies responsibility.
