Really good when I took my two dogs in for routine procedures. BUT had an emergency today with my 10 year old losing alot of blood. Clinic had one doctor on busy. Turned away. Took her to another veterinarian as I had too. All I'm saying is they were not prepared for emergencies. I won't be back of course, my animals are to important to risk it.
The staff was amazing tonight. Brought our older cat in with difficulty breathing and they brought him in the back the minute we walked in the door to put him on oxygen. After doing X-rays we came to find out he was full of cancer and nothing could be done but to stop his suffering asap. I'm so thankful for how fast they reacted with our very sick little guy. And how kind they where to us and Morris Rip Morris �
Dr. Heidi and Dr. Sarah along with the ENTIRE staff at the BVH are phenomenal! They are always beyond kind, considerate and professional. I'm a "lifer" with the BVH !
I would not trust anyone but Dr. Heidi and Dr. Sara with my Reno. They are kind, compassionate, and truly consider my Reno as family. I moved a year ago to Frisco and gladly make the hour drive to take him for his care. They even mail his medications to me when he needs refills! LOVE everyone there!
Thanks to Heidi and staff we have 11 healthy bulldog pups. Was a wonderful experience. Y'all are the best!!!!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with this vet office, every single person in there is so welcoming and loves animals! Both my dogs just love going there and I always have full faith that they are being honest and genuine with me! They always try their best to get you in when you need it and I couldn't be more thankful for them!
Doc Heidi and Doc Sarah have both been the best vets ever. Doc Heidi sent us a cherished sympathy card after Bubba, our beloved 10-year-old Rottweiler, passed; and Doc Sarah and Torrie came out and inspected our bees so we could order special anti-disease medicine. We love BVH!
