They patiently answered questions over the phone about a car I haven’t even purchased yet. When I need work done I know where I’m going.

I had a minor scratch from backing up my car from the garage. Had an opportunity to meet Jim from the Naperville location. Great people. Nice work. Everyone at Boyce are concerned about 100% customer satisfaction. Hence the 5 star rating and I would recommend it for all your auto body needs.

Great service. Awesome American craftsmanship. They made my ride like new after a 55 mph wind implanted someone's car door into mine. The only downside was no note on my windshield. However, PDR (paintless dent removal) worked like a champ and was affordable.

Dealing with Royce was so easy! When I arrived, the girls at the desk explained the whole process, including how they have an Enterprise car ready for me when I drop off my vehicle for repair. I really didn't need to think about anything - they have it all taken care of. And when I picked up my vehicle after the repair, the whole car, inside and out, was cleaned and spotless. The repair was perfect. I couldn't have been more pleased.
