Lost our move in check list and failed to return calls back !! Not very professional when there is a problem. Instead of calling about it they just email you and call it good! Not happy and would find a more professional company to rent from.
This is an awful property management company. We rented from team harris for a year and 2 months. When we moved in to the home it was dirty, it had not been painted, there were nails all over the walls, the fence in the back yard was broken and the floors were in need of repair. We informed them of these things immediately. 7 months later someone finally came to look at the fence. We were told they had no money to fix anything else. Everyone I was in contact with was amazing! Tara Wallace has been helping me for months while I was out of state to prepare for my move! She knew just what houses were perfect and we found a house in less than 24 hours of being in town, worked with my fiancé for paperwork even while he was out of the country, and got my keys next day! I couldn't be happier with the service provided ! Jackie was the other young lady I worked with and she is also awesome!! Thank you!!!
