Terrible. Melinda the onsite manager should not be in a position of power whatsoever. Also, was told and as advertised “advanced security.” Turns out the gate never closes because “the motherboard got fried.” Wasn’t told this till AFTER my unit was broken into. No cameras. Nothing. Make you pay for renters insurance-didn’t implement it, wasn’t offered after break-in and requests were totally ignored. Two other units have police reports of burglary.
