A caring doctor! – My first visit was on October 30, 2006. I found Dr. Lucas to be cordial but brief and to the point. He is not one for small talk, but that is hardly required in a doctor. He was caring and helpful to me and his staff was kind. Overall I found my first and second visit to be more than satisfactory and I certainly would recommend Dr. Lucas. I cannot say the same for his partner Ms. Hoke. I will never return to the clinic because of her attitude when I questioned her recommendations. I was denied life insuran... read more
Patient Concerns are Not Handled – It took a single visit to see Dr. Lucas, and a single visit to deside never to return. He was rude and curt when I expressed my concerns about personal health issues. His assistant Physician, Dr. Sharon Crookshanks-Hoke can also see patients, and is a much nicer person to visit. She is very sweet, polite and caring. So if you do go to this office, ask to see Sharon! But be careful, because Dr. Lucas still has some say in how she handles things.
