I love the fact that it's clean! It's not trashy looking like some storage places are. It's in a pretty safe neighborhood so I feel comfortable enough and safe enough to enter the unit plus there's a locked gate surrounding all the units with an access code so not just anyone can enter it easily. The website is access friendly as well so I can make my payments online with no issues. I've had other storage units before and by far this is the best place!! Two thumbs up!!

I am very happy to have a nice..clean..and mouse free storage for all my precious belongings. Neither rain nor Snow has leaked into my storage the way the floor is built an inch or so above the ground and the slide down door seals well ..No musty damp smell inside or on my belongings to which is awesome. There's so much more to say including the great customer service. I've had storages in Alaska, Florida and now back to Michigan. This is my best storage so far. 👍😊👍

Easy to set up online. Had a stroke and was unable to Call and make payments for a few mo, due to coma. They held my unit until I was able to get out of hospital and remember I was missing a payment.
