250 Fulton Avenue has suddenly become a very nice building in a depressed neighborhood. For the first time under the management of Steven Fluery, I feel safe in the building. I feel like someone really cares about the tenants and will be there for any problems. I can see that care is being taken in the building. Dirty walls are being painted and soiled carpets steam cleaned. Mr. Fluery is professional and respectful in all my dealings with him and he never makes me feel like an annoyance. I'm glad we have him on board now.
