The "fixed" roof is leaking and it broke my computer. I have asked about reimbursement and they have ghosted me. Power outages are common. AC was out for weeks. Tenants are moving out left and right. Parking lot is unkept. Trash is piling up in the back. RV is parked in the back, someone might be living in it idk.

This has been, without question, the worst experience I’ve had as a tenant. I run a home health and hospice agency, and I find the ongoing issues in this building power outages, a leaking roof, and an air conditioner that was down for four weeks far more stressful on a weekly basis than the constant changes happening in healthcare. Worst customer service you will ever experience. No manager or maintenance on site like they claim. They will ignore phone calls and emails. Do NOT rent here. Worst company you’ll ever deal with.
