This place has gotten so inconvenient I have been a customer for a while now over 3 years no bathroom there was back then . Also there are no cars to transport your stuff to the unit The place has gotten worse lack of management and with there policies and attitudes
We rent a parking space outside. It used to be $80.00 a month and they indiscriminately decided to increase the price to $180.00 without as much as a phone call. I would rather sell my camper than pay that kind of money to park it on a small piece of pavement.
We rented a unit from Boxed Up in Loves Park in August 2024 and had it for a couple months. When we rented the unit, the office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. We had a good experience with this location. We liked that it's climate controlled, clean, has several access doors in different areas of the building, multiple security cameras inside and outside and the ease of moving in and out.
