small for the price, but loved it This is my first year living in Seattle so I didn't really know where to look location wise, but Ive been living here for 6 months already and I love it. For my boyfriend and I, its decently priced for how small it is and now I see they've raised the price a lot from what we are paying now so I would say its too expensive for the size however I LOVE the location - the heart of SLU.
