Had to see a different doctor today as my usual one was not available. Very impressed by his holistic approach.
Took my elderly relative here to see the GP & I wish I had gone into the appointment with them. But I didn't have time so just had to drop them off & pickup She had a wound on her leg, the doctor basically looked at her & did nothing. Did not prescribe anything, just suggested that she dress the wound herself when she is in her 80s for god's sake. What he should have done was refer her to the nurse to do it. Which has now been done by the other doctor she saw there, at least they did that in the five minutes they had her in ... read more
Very grateful for the ongoing care and support from the whole team: the doctors are caring and knowledgeable, always taking time to listen and provide the best advice. The reception staff are lovely and welcoming, which makes every visit smooth and pleasant.
I have been a patient of BHM centre since I was about 3 years old,, still going there, and I am now 78, all the doctors and staff I have known over my life, both past and present, are first class, always friendly, all doctors spot on, always have given the correct diagnosis every time and have been fantastic managing my physical and emotional rollercoaster during my life, will keep going there while the Sun shines, to all at BHMC,,, you are fantastic.
