great bike shop for my commuter bike – i get all my commuter and road bike goodies here. the staff is all cool and i dont get any attitude like you see at some shops. they even seemed to really try to save me money on repairs and offer advice on stuff i can do my self. i have shopped thier prices and they are very very reasonable.

Poor customer service – Seemed like a cool little place with a good vibe, worker owned, etc. I walked in looking to get the parts to do a full cable replacement on my bike. One person was helpful but she didn't know much and had to keep asking one of the other guys. Which was fine, but then the other guy just didn't want to seem to help anymore with little stuff like ferrules, cable ends, etc. Just gave a dismissive shake of his head and said they didn't have it. Well, I won't be going back.
User review by killersharks – I wonder if being part of a worker-owned co op makes one a nicer, down to earth, honest human being. Cos, everybody here always seem to be. Their turnaround times are super reasonable, and their prices make you feel like you just got the "friend-pricing. They have a work/tool station you can use for free/for real cheap. There's a boxy dog walkin around. AND they listen to This American Life.
