Masako is the BEST groomer ever! She cares for our canines and always does a great job ~ bathing, grooming and making sure our dogs are healthy. She pays attention to their coat, skin, ears and any other part that may need some extra care or perhaps need to be checked further by a vet. I don't worry about leaving Hebie with Masako. She was sensitive to Herbie and let him wander about to get familiar with the place. He started out suspicious but she put him at ease on his first visit. She asked about what Herbie is sensitive to and she cared about how I'd like him to look.
Masako is the best in the business, thank you Kathy Hodges from Exclusive Pet for the referral, and thank you Masako for all the care and attention you give our girls. We love you!
