Masako is wonderful! There is no other place we would take our dogs. She is sweet and caring, and does a wonderful job. She only takes one dog at a time (or a family of dogs), and there are no cages with dogs waiting and piled on each other. She grooms our dogs beautifully in about an hour, and they are happy and stress free. Her shop is nice and she has small couches for the dogs and usually posts a picture of her beautiful and handsome customers. So glad we found Bowwow Happy and Masako!
Masako loves the dogs she grooms. She has been sooo patient with trimming my Maddie’s nails...not an easy task 😉 The first time she groomed my Erica I asked if I could stay while grooming as Erica was new to us. Masako sang to her as she groomed her gently. I knew she was in good hands.❤️
Masako takes in ONE pet at a time, grooms them beautifully and has them ready for pick up within a hour to hour and a half! That for me and especially for my critter Nik is fabulous. There is always a certain amount of stress that goes along with being bathed and groomed. She makes the experience a happy one and she shows so much love and caring. Not to mention she takes a photo every time and shares them with all her clients. It’s one big happy family at Bowwow Happy!

Today was our first visit, and I was very impressed! Masako is sweet and professional, and her shop is clean and adorable! My dog looks and smells great, and he was fully groomed and done in 2 hours. The best part ..only one dog is groomed at a time! No more spending half the day at the local pet store in a kennel for 5 hours!
