Is 4 hours a reasonable time for a state inspection/emissions and an oil change to be completed? I would think most service departments would agree that it is not. It took 2.5 hours for someone to even acknowledge my presence as the last person in the waiting room. When I finally got my car back, I found it unwashed, which was offered to nearly every other person that had gotten their car back before me. I now have 3 Hyundai products in my family, the 2017 Tucson is a technology miracle unfortunately software updates seem to be a little headache. The service people are excellent!
Great service, very friendly & helpful staff who explained everything well. So far only minor issues & those where under warranty.

The Service Department is awesome now. Was not too crazy about it, but personnel has changed. Thank you for the excellent service on my veloster. So nice to have it back.
Since the early 2000's, we have purchased three Elantra's from Bowser Hyundai and presently, the two that we own are serviced almost entirely by the Service Dept. Great experience all around!
