Roach infested, HOA insane horrible people to deal with. Hot water out 4 Months, no laundry room, homeless people hang out, Heating and A/C constantly down, Code Compliance officers on site continually. Thef of property, vandalism.
This complex has terrible management! It's roach infested. Mold throughout the complex. Flooding underneath the complex causes even more roaches and mildew smell to permeate throughout the complex. Maintenance issues take 4-6 months+ to fix. The parking area is falling apart. Screws are sticking out when cabinets are opened. Floors are caving in. Avoid this complex at all costs.
The customer service at this facility is terrible; they are very slow to respond.
Do not rent here. Property manager is unpredictable and unreasonable. Nothing gets fixed. Property manager will come into building while you are home, using his own key. Building full of mold. I lived here for over 4 years and was never late on my rent, not once. The building is full of mold and is a CONSTANT construction zone. The last 6 months in this place was a total nightmare.
It wasn't my apartment. Nosy neighbors and old buildings.
