Best pet store around. Their prices are very fair and they are extremely helpful. Animal cages are always clean and the staff is always willing to help with any questions you might have. We buy our dog food and rabbit food from here and wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you for all you guys do , my kids and I love to come here and just walk around and see the animals.
Just purchased over $60.00 at Bowmans in birdseed yesterday. i completely forgot my $10.00 coupon. Just called to see if I could bring in my receipt and get reimbursed.I was refused!!!! Not in any store that I frequent have I been REFUSED THAT COURTESY!!! This is TERRIBLE customer service!!! I will NEVER step foot in Bowmans again! We buy A LOT of birdseed. I even asked if I could bring the birdseed back for a return and then repurchase it with the coupon. Again refusal!

I was just checking to see what the coupon said. There are several coupons out there both Manufacturer's and ones we create. I don't disagree that it could have been handled differently. If you would call me at 1-800-300-0496 and give me your mailing address I will send you a gift card for your trouble. You can also use the coupon you have until 12/3/17. Love this family run local store. Staff is amazing! The outdoor guys who load my 50lb bags of feed for me with a smile on their face, especially in bad weather- thank you! Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. Never had an issue! Highly recommended.
