They're not only the cleanest store, but the employees are incredibly helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The store manager... SOOO many great things to say about him. He makes every trip good. He's an incredible leader, teammate and collaborator!!! Best of all... it's my dog's favourite place to go. I always purchase my chicks and feed here. Their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and you can reserve chicks if you attend the chick chat in the winter. Healthy and good birds!

Excellent store and service! Birds are top rate and affordable.
Purchased 2 bags of chicken feed. Both were moldy. I threw the first bag out, but took pictures to show them. Was told they wouldn’t do anything since I threw it out. The second bag they told me to scoop it back into the bag and haul it back there. Manager wouldn’t come out and apologize, young kid at the counter just told me to take it to the loading dock. That is not good customer service. We have spent quite a bit of money there. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
This is a great Animal store and very friendly and helpful people with lots of experience. Thank you for supplying what ever we need to keep our baby’s healthy.
