I wanted to say how pleased we are with the system they installed last summer. As I type this, it is below freezing outside, and we are comfortable inside. It is so nice to stand under one of our vents and actually be warmed by what is coming out. In our previous 10 years in this house, the HVAC system has been nothing but problems and disappointment.
