Service Advisor Reid McAleer has been so genuine and supportive through the process of multiple, costly repairs. Prior to these repairs done at Bowman I had developed a strong dislike and frustration with Chevrolet as a whole due to multiple, horrendous experiences with Shea Chevrolet in Flint (sales and service.) I HAD A RATHER DIFFICULT PROBLEM BUT RAY AND IS TEAM IN THE SERVICE DEPTARTMENT KEPT ME INFORMED FROM THE FIRST DAY ON. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. FIVE STARS GUYS!!
