Bowling Green Garage Doors, went above and beyond my expectations. Old garage door, with broken spring and noisy operation. The Pull Bracket Assembly had ripped off door, due to it being improperly mounted by a previous other, installer.. I was in a bind, and not ready to install a completely new door a this time. The Techs that were sent out, immediately recognized the problems, and gave me a plan of action, to repair this door correctly, by replacing the spring, adding bracing to the weakened panel, and installing new cabl... read more
I had a spring break so I called and they had some one come out same day and repair my spring he also showed me that one of my tracks was bad so I had him replace both. The tech was very knowledgeable about polite he had me fixed up and lubed in a flash! I would 100% recommend Bowling Green Garage Door to any one they are the best
We have used Bowling Green Garage Door for 28 years. We have always been highly satisfied. Our garage door was not opening using key pad. Sent a service technician that was very very knowledgeable and professional. He noticed something that we didn’t and corrected the problem right away. Could not be happier with the results and therefore we will continue using them for another 28 years.
On Sunday around 5pm, our garage door came off the track and was very damaged. We called Bowling Green Garage Doors and was met with an answering service who took our information and said we would get a call back. We received a call not even 5 minutes later. He arrived 45 minutes later and had our garage door closed and shut down for safety reasons. We already have a replacement door ordered from another company and thought we could use our door until then....we were wrong! Very friendly. Great service. The emergency weekend... read more
