I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. I guess they forgot to write it down. All the equipment at this office is old and outdated. It looks seriously dangerous.
