During my visit at Bowles, the owner of Bowles retaliated due to issues we had using the mattress. The owner intervened on an interaction that was not pertaining to them. The owner cursed and threw pejorative insults along with other examples of condemning and threating body language. I just bought a Gold Catalina! Wonderful mattress
Fantastic customer service! I just had to have my mattress modified and could not have asked for a better experience. John made the process so easy, and Justin really took the time to find out what my needs were and went above and beyond to meet them. 10/10 recommend Bowles over any other mattress company any day.
