I had purchased several mattresses from them from day one!!! In past they were much better quality. I have purchased a new one cost $2000. The quality was not good. I had great store experience Martins store. Materials are thin and not great. Long story short price is up quality down!! Pushing Hotel series and ads on tv doesn’t help anyone but Bowlers. I’m just disappointed!! What you see in showrooms is not what you get. This is a big investment REALLY CHECK IT OUT Thanks for listening. Beverly
During my visit at Bowles, the owner of Bowles retaliated due to issues we had using the mattress. The owner intervened on an interaction that was not pertaining to them. The owner cursed and threw pejorative insults along with other examples of condemning and threating body language. While maintaining my composure, the owner insisted my removal of myself from the store without any justification behind doing so.
