Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider rush your appointment? No Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Once or twice, but not enough Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider's office too loud? Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? No, I was in pain, but they said I didn't need it Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back
