Hello. thought that it was very important for me to give this review.After personally seeing how the people in the office treat their residents/ elderly. And what make it so bad. It is our own people thats doing so. There is a leak in my mother's apartment & has been there for weeks. Two to be exact. I had to get buckets to place in hee room and the living room. I did security here and did it well. Every apartment building have a "click" that think they run things. First I never heard of a resident that have the keys to any of the rooms like he's a manager or security. His name is Sam. He has the key to the community room, fitness room, visitor bathroom and laundry rooms.. why? The residents are suppose to have access to ask these rooms until a certain time of day.
