Well I drove all the way from Mississippi to have my bow tuned on a Saturday and they are closed. It is far too simple to change your hour listing on both your website and Facebook business page to avoid issues such as this. I can’t imagine the service could be that good after sending a message before going, then seeing that the message was read but received no reply. So so simple to just give an answer instead of ignoring. Two thumbs way way down!
Had an awesome experience today !! I had my limbs on my Martin bow crack today, So I called Scott and he got me set up. Within two hours I was shooting my brand new Matthews Halon 32, can’t say enough awesome things about these guys!!!
Stopped in today to get my son, my 9yr old daughter and myself measured. It was like I've been know for years or more like treated like family. It was the best service I could have ever asked for and my daughter was given a hat that she now wears everywhere. Thank you and I'll be back very soon!
