Scott and Brandon were both very knowledgeable, and above all, patient. I got answers to every question I had. They knew the pros and cons of all products. No sales pitch needed. They stand by all of their products, and got me squared away. Last bow I bought from them was 10 years ago. Back again 10 years later.
When I receive great customer service I think it’s important to recognize it. Brandon and Scott did a wonderful job getting me set up with my first bow. During the entire process, they were nothing but friendly and personable it’s like I had known them for years. If you’re the market for a bow or a tune-up do yourself a favor and go see them. I have been an avid bow hunter for over 20 years. When I first started out I went to a "pro shop", the guys there were arrogant and rude. They did not care to share any knowledge with a newbie. I decided right then I would never grace the door of another "pro shop".
