Well this review is long overdue but I waited for a few reasons! It has been exactly one year since I had a new a/c installed in my home by Bowersox Air and I am absolutely thrilled with it! My old a/c was 25 years old (8/10 seer when new in 1999 but probably running like a 4/5) and it leaked if it ran too long! I was in a local contest to win a new a/c with another company during the holidays in 2023 and had the lead till the last hour. Had new air conditioner installed . By bower sox very happy with ,price an ,service ,they are the best , they knew what , they were doing . THE BEST
I called in a problem with my thermostat mid-morning, and a technician was dispatched within two hours. Chris H. quickly diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and suggested checking my drain hose as well. He handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied.
air conditioner had a leak in freon hose they came right out and fixed on Easter Sunday 2022
