Tony came out to look at my washer, listen to it for a minute because you know it was making a noise. Then leaned it up saw the rusty water underneath it. Then he told me $500 to replace my whole tub system and everything. The owner told me that it was cheaper to buy a new washer instead of just fixing this one. I got multiple recommendations for Bowers when I asked on Facebook for refrigerator repair services. I'm very glad I listened. Tony met me at my house, diagnosed the issue with my fridge, and had it repaired in a very timely manner. The price and service were both great. He was very friendly and courteous and even gave me some maintenance tips for my specific fridge. Would definitely recommend Bowers to anyone in need of some appliance help.

I am very disappointed in the company. They sent Jerome who just took a flashlight and looked at a washer belt and looked at the back of a dryer and said it needed a vent- but did NO repairs! He also lied about my son being there to help-to remove a washer out of the way-to look at a stackable one. (I have a tenant witness that states how long my son was there). He then preceded to tell me he has to do “research” on the stackable washer. This was diagnosed without plugging it in or hooking it up!!! But I will be charged for ... read more
