They had a service tech out the day after I called. He diagnosed the problem, found/ordered the part and had it completely repaired within 3 days. And they were 1/3 of the price of 2 other repair companies I called. Would definitely recommend them!

The best customer service I have ever received from a service company! I had an appliance (range) go out late in the afternoon. I called hoping I could get someone out that week. Spoke to Jack and he said that he was on a call over in my area right then and asked if a little after 5 would be okay. He got here and had the range working in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Bowers Service Company!
The service technician that Bowers Appliance sent to our house was prompt, curtesy, and extremely professional. He was able to repair our Electrolux dishwasher for far less money than I had anticipated. We will definitely call on Bowers Service Company in the future if we have an Appliance that needs repaired.
I called in on July 23 because my washing machine (still under warranty) was not working. Today is August 12 and I AM STILL WAITING. Today I was told that I can call Whirlpool to ask about the delay of a part. Why they wouldn’t be doing something, anything 2 weeks ago I have no idea. “Maybe it will arrive this week.” Perhaps if we weren’t under warranty we would have a different experience? I’ll update this when the washing machine is fixed but so far I would suggest going elsewhere

An amazing company! Customer Service is awesome! Called on Christmas Day about our fridge. Good people!
No one else would make the drive to fix our dryer. They not only went the extra mile (literally) the repairman talked me through the options and was honest and told me the less expensive fix was appropriate. I wouldn’t have known, Bowers has our business!
