What a wonderful place to purchase that special something for that someone special. Even if it’s you!!!! What a fantastic store, and employees!!!!! Selection of rings , watches, diamonds , you name it. Clocks, just everything is wonderful!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop and be satisfied. PLACED A DIAMOND BRACELET IN LAYAWAY IN THE FALL OF 2017. PUT $400.00 DOWN AND WAS NEVER ONCE TOLD ABOUT HOW LONG THIS COULD STAY IN LAYAWAY. CALLED LAST WEEK SPOKE TO BEN HE TOLD ME HE PLACED THE BRACELET BACK INTO THE CASE. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HE CHARGED ME A $200.00 RESTOCKING FEE AND GAVE ME A $200.00 CREDIT IN THE STORE. THE ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT NONE OF THIS WAS IN WRITING OR TOLD TO ME. ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS MY $400.00 RETURNED. SINCE NO ONE CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN......
