I have lived here almost a year, and it has been one of the best all most years of my life! It is clean, the maintenance guy Kevin is great, and Pam Pierce, with everything she has on her plate is always friendly finds the resources to handle any problems and also knows a problem before you even tell her, majority of the time , and has the solution already in progress. She helps people with all the work she has trying to carry something, lift something, trying to open a door and she is there with a cart or hands to help. I h... read more

***** Bower Hill 3 used to be a lovely place, but it has degraded significantly in the last 5-7 years. The images listed are a joke. The place is falling apart, is dirty, cases of black mold, and poses serious health hazards at times. The pool hasn’t worked more than two days in a row in over four years. Pathetic. Steer clear of this environment.

UPDATED REVIEW - SLUMLORD-Level Mismanagement This place is a disgrace. Filthy common areas, unsafe conditions, and zero accountability. Maintenance is incompetent and lazy — repairs go ignored for months. Hot water has run scalding at 140°F for days, burning skin and even melting our toilet trap. The so-called “common” pool, which we all pay for, is rarely open. Management has given control to one of the manager’s tenants, who is not licensed to handle pool chemicals and opens/closes it on her personal whim. This is a breac... read more
