So satisfied – Just thought i would let everyone know how pleased I was with the service and flowers that I got from this florist. I live in Alabama and had ordered flowers over the phone for a friend there in Hot Springs. Not knowing exactly what I would get I was quite surprised when I got the text with a picture of the arrangement that was being delivered. Yes, the florist sent me a picture text. While in this city to attend a funeral I had the need of a florist. I could have just gotten on line and ordered but since I am one for using local businesses I stopped at a gas station and ask for a recommendation. They recommended Bowen's Florist. The clerk told me that they had just relocated and called the store to ask for the new address. She gave me directions on how to get there even. I am a long standing customer but on this one occasion I needed something specific. I always just call and say I want such and such and it is for such and such and Cindy just does it but this time it was for my best friends funeral. I wanted something more, I wanted something that expressed our relationship of 40 years, I wanted something that showed my love for her. I went into the store. Great Wedding Cindy at Bowen's Florist did my wedding. Not only did she do everything I ask but it was exceptional. She gave me my perfect wedding. From the first time I went in to see her she treated me with such kindness and respect. We were on a small budget and that is one of the things that she had ask about. She showed me how I could make cutbacks in cost without making cutbacks in quality. She advised me on what areas to spend money and what areas to cut back on. Thank you Cindy Julie
