So satisfied – Just thought i would let everyone know how pleased I was with the service and flowers that I got from this florist. I live in Alabama and had ordered flowers over the phone for a friend there in Hot Springs. Not knowing exactly what I would get I was quite surprised when I got the text with a picture of the arrangement that was being delivered. Yes, the florist sent me a picture text. She said that it was not that she did it for everyone but if they ask she did but for me it was because of my concerns. Not only was it more than I expected but it was pretty much exactly how the lady described it to me. She let me know what flowers she was choosing and that it would be in a vase. So yes I was very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the services of a florist.

While in this city to attend a funeral I had the need of a florist. I could have just gotten on line and ordered but since I am one for using local businesses I stopped at a gas station and ask for a recommendation. They recommended Bowen's Florist. The clerk told me that they had just relocated and called the store to ask for the new address. She gave me directions on how to get there even. When I walked into this small flower shop I was greeted by a young lady and ask how she could help me. I explained what I was in need of and that I was looking for something not too expensive but not especially cheap either. She was quite helpful in guiding me by asking a price range, if the funeral was for a friend, a loved one or a business acquaintance and if I had any color or flower preferences. She helped me to make a lovely selection of roses, daisy's and something purple which I cannot seem to remember the name of in a sympathy basket. She gave me a total of under $60 which was right where I wanted to be and said that she would have it delivered to the funeral home for the visitation which was that night. I can only say that when I arrived at the funeral home for my grandmother's visitation I was quite pleased. My grandmother would have been pleased as well. It was her favorite colors, her favorite flowers and it made me proud. I am happy that the gas station clerk referred this florist. I too would refer you to this florist.

I am a long standing customer but on this one occasion I needed something specific. I always just call and say I want such and such and it is for such and such and Cindy just does it but this time it was for my best friends funeral. I wanted something more, I wanted something that expressed our relationship of 40 years, I wanted something that showed my love for her. I went into the store. Cindy helped me, she listened, she comforted and she got it spot on. The flowers could not have been more perfect. I just thought everyone should know.

Great Wedding
Cindy at Bowen's Florist did my wedding. Not only did she do everything I ask but it was exceptional. She gave me my perfect wedding. From the first time I went in to see her she treated me with such kindness and respect. We were on a small budget and that is one of the things that she had ask about. She showed me how I could make cutbacks in cost without making cutbacks in quality. She advised me on what areas to spend money and what areas to cut back on. Thank you Cindy
