I would rate them with less stars if I could. I experienced an extreme lack of customer service and timeliness, my phone calls were never returned, and I had to make a formal complaint before I was finally contacted by email.
Every Small Business Owner has faced challenges on the road to success. Occasionally, someone will help you overcome those challenges. I won't get into specifics, but Matt Long moved a mountain in less than 24 hours without breaking a sweat. He's a no nonsense having, "I'm on it" type of guy that is an asset to any business.
