Sharon Ten did an incredible job for us updating our wills, establishing a trust and other personal documents. She was very detailed and explained everything to us thoroughly. Sharon goes above and beyond!!! She is also very personable and made the whole experience easy!
Jackie Sharman Critzer is a horrible attorney. I hired her to help me, and she did a horrible job. Unfortunately, I hired her twice, before I realized how horrible, disorganized and self serving she is. I fired her after she was in collusion with one of her collegues during a divorce case I came to her with. She was protecting my ex because of the barter deal set up between her colleague and my ex. Talk about unethical. stay away from this law firm. If 2 of them are as bad as they are, what about the rest?
It looks like this firm does well with estate -related legal issues; however I can tell you from personal experience that they do NOT handle personal law well. We were dumbfounded by the lack of preparation for our case. I am still shaking my head and asking myself "what happened".
We have been extremely pleased with the work that Sharon Ten did for us working on our wills, trusts, power of attorney, and living wills. She took the time to explain each document and what we needed to supply to her to complete all of the legal documents needed. She took additional time to explain how to best to supply information on our smart phones and driver licenses in case of emergencies.
