ZERO not one star. This is the worst management company in Hagerstown. Do not trust them. I signed a lease with house and 100 acres of land. With moving truck in their parking lot and no where else to go, they forced me to sign a no hunting addendum before they would give me they keys....after the fact. I found out later they had a list of people they let hunt on the property I WAS PAYING FOR. They also leased sections of the property to farmers to make more money. Property I was PAYING FOR.
