I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY, and I'm from Chicsgo. ( Waited TWO MONTHS for this appointment). Had an appointment on 24 July 17, arrived on time and was taken ro the back and prepped. Proceeded to wait 45 minutes, with no explanation. Got up to leave, THEN the hygienist spoke asking me why I was leaving. On top of that Dr. Bowen took 2 weeks to address the issue, with a half-assed apology, telling me I was frustrated. No I was DISRESPECTED!
My family and I started going here when we first got here and you all had just opened up. We love you all!! Thank you for being so great!!
Bowen family Dentistry is excellent. Great with kids and has made our family feel very welcome and comfortable!
I saw Dr. Bowen for the first time today after not seeing a dentist for over 2 years! He not only made me feel at ease but explained everything so well and I left with a plan to get all of my imperfections fixed! I have not stuck with a dentist because none have made me feel at ease and comfortable but I am happy to stay I have FINALLY found a long term dentist!
I'm always super nervous when it comes to the dentist. He was super friendly and did a great job! Glad to find a dentist I can keep going to. Thank you Dr Bowen!
