Avoid for your safety and own well being. This place will make you feel worse. I didn't even get to the appointment. First interaction I had, phone staff were unprofessional and had zero compassion. No introduction, no name. She barked "you need to fill out your paperwork" I politely said I had done so days prior. She checks and says, "oh here it is." This place is awful, they dont even deserve 1 star in my opinion.... they will only call in one month of meds at a time. And even at calling a week or week in a half before running out of your meds... you have to go without meds because still no refill called in. That is just unacceptable. Your dealing with people that are trying to get their mental health issues on a more level status... kind of hard to do when your patients can't continue on a med without having to stop because they can not get it filled. Horrible don't go here and definitely don't take your kids here. No one ever knows what's going on. The therapist used our child as their own therapist talking about their own issues instead of letting them talk. They cancel appointments without contact and then you show up and they tell you their closed so you go home just to get a call asking why you didn't show? What a joke!
