Horrible don't go here and definitely don't take your kids here. No one ever knows what's going on. The therapist used our child as their own therapist talking about their own issues instead of letting them talk. They cancel appointments without contact and then you show up and they tell you their closed so you go home just to get a call asking why you didn't show? What a joke!
Not very good reviews and they don't seem to be in any hurry to better their image. I'm surprised this place is still in business, honestly. I have had an appointment for awhile, the MORNING OF the appointment, I'm told my appointment is canceled, need to reschedule. Nahhhh, not interested. When my dad went here, he had a nurse who just pryed and asked him personal questions that had nothing to do with his mental nor physical health.
Yvonne is my skills trainer and I truly believe that she is an angel from God. I have struggled with wanting to live for a long time. It's been so hard for me to heal and to want to move forward in my life. And she is absolutely one of the reasons that i'm choosing to continue healing. She is extremely skilled, educated, and seasoned. You can tell this is her calling!
These people don’t help you. They judge you, say they’ll order more tests and never put the orders in. My son was also referred to a counselor through school and they refuse to call me or the school back.
In the middle of a mental health crisis, called twice for an appointment and WAS HUNG UP ON twice. I only asked to schedule an appointment, immediate disconnect. In this day and age, everything we know about mental health now and how critical it can be, this kind of treatment is unfathomable. If it was a matter of technical problems, they really should have made an effort to call me back, which they didn’t. It’s shameful.
