If I could give this place negative 10 I would. Their staff in general are unprofessional. Never relaying messages correctly or in a timely manner. I literally have issues at almost every single appointment. I wanted on a certain medication for 7 months. Before the doctor actually listened to me. And put me on it. And so far each appointment they can’t even get the medication out on time. Even when I call and schedule ahead.
Had an appointment here... In my opinion place is worthless the staff would rather sit around and talk like they are in high school rather than helping their patients my appointment was at 9:45 while I sat there and watched the person who is supposed to be ready for me at 9:45 talk for almost 20 minutes about nothing important and if it was stuff having to do with another appointment you should have took that into your time consideration if I can only be fifteen minutes late for an appointment I expect the same from you
Bowen is worthless. At least one of their counselors is fine but their other services are a joke. My family has experienced failure to schedule services, failure to properly treat (other doctors we've dealt with have been appalled), lost referrals, gaslighting, and horrible communication amkng a number of other issues. Find another provider for real care.
I’ve never read SOOOO MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT A PLACE IN MY LIFE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN I PRAY I NEVER NEED HELP FROM THESE PEOPLE IT HURTS MY HEART READING THAT PATIENTS REALLY NEEDED HELP AND THIS PLACE RATHER SHOVE PILLS IN THEIR FACE THAN TO ACTUALLY HELP MEDICATION IS NOT ALWAYS THE ANSWER
