Rented a budget truck from them, one-way, from Muncie to Columbus, Ohio. Great service and they came in on a Saturday morning (their day off) to get us on our way. Outstanding!
Our morning started out rough and the crew at Bowdens was fantastic! They got our truck in when no one else could. Our truck had to be towed there and they called with a diagnostic, a fair price and a quick turn around!! Incredible service. Have come here many times for repairs I dont have the equipment for / dont want to do myself and a few times when ive bitten off more than I can chew. Communication has always been very clear and Ive always been given very accurate estimates for repairs. Ive only ever had one issue with a repair they made; and they fixed it for free the next day. A power steering line they had replaced was laid an inch too close to the exhaust under my vehicle on accident and blew 9 months after the repair. If youre able ... read more
These guys are very considerate and respectable and do a great job. We had no heat so we were referred to Bowden's to get a system flushed out. Our heat works GREAT now. They're prices are very reasonable and they get the work done quickly.
