This company is excellent & the craftsmanship is truly professional. Roof looks wonderful & was completed in 1 day. The people we worked with were very friendly & helped us through the insurance process since we had hail damage. Also we were given a reasonable price for a great job. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a quote & replacing their roof.

Outstanding service! I have never replaced my roof before, and didn't know the first thing about it. I received hail damage from that storm in April - and my neighbor just had his replaced, and he gave Bow Tie a high recommendation. The representative from Bow Tie met the insurance adjuster at my home, once they finished whatever it is they do, the Bow Tie rep stayed and explained everything to me. My husband and I used BowTie Roofing for hail and weather damage that had occurred to our roof. They were very helpful with setting appointments for walk-throughs, picking up checks for work done, and keeping us up to date as to the status of when our roof would be started/ finished (it was continually delayed due to weather & they let us know this). Bowtie completed my roof about a week ago, and I was very satisfied with their work. The only complaint I had was that I had to wait about 8 weeks for my roof to be done, but they did tell me that from the get go. I know a lot of homes were affected by the storm, which is why the wait was 8 weeks, but they had great communication with me, and they did an excellent job on my roof. The workers were very efficient, polite, and clean up very well after they were through, I would love to do work with Bowtie again in the future
I would never allow these people on my property again. I signed a contract for a new roof on two homes on 11 Feb 16. The first roof was installed Mar 25 and has been leaking to this day. They have attempted repairs 4 times to no avail.The second installation began 11 Jul and was completed Jul 28 as the were short of materials to complete the job.
