Good atmosphere, great food, and Mr. DuLac is super nice!
We decided to stop by to try out this new place on the square last night. We were a little afraid when we walked in and didn't see that many people. We ordered the shrimp and the south egg rolls. Both were awesome tasting!!! Big portions! I tried the country fried steak and two side items. Steak was good but did not like the Mac n Cheese (no taste) nor the Gouda grits. From the crispy chicken to the savory greens to the beautiful upstairs dining area, we absolutely enjoyed our dining experience at DuLac's today. The atmosphere, service and food all exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a unique dining experience and we found it at DuLac's. We will definitely be back and next time we'll try to save room for dessert.
This was my first visit I was very impressed with the southern cuisine. Definitely great addition to the historic McDonough Square. Can't wait to taste the salted caramel cake with candied bacon. Chef DuLac was very personable, and the staff was wonderful!
If you want an Atlanta dining experience in McDonough, Georgia then DuLac's is for you. I went for my birthday and it met all my expectations. My mother and I sat upstairs overlooking the square and we enjoyed the view of the seasonal scarecrows. Can't wait for the holiday lights. I had the brown sugar glazed salmon and it had a wonderful sweet flavor followed by a kick of heat! Excited to see what's next in this new restaurant's future.
