The level of care is outstanding. I'm never disappointed and my situation is always addressed and taken care of as quickly as possible.
As always, my last visit to Bow Family Dentistry was a reunion with friends. The staff are interested in their patients as individuals and neighbors as well as in their clients' dental health and comfort while in the office. The visit was a routine checkup, but the experience was one of friendship and of the best possible professional care.
After being a patient for about 20 years, am completely satisfied.
As always you were all great! I've never had an unpleasant visit at BFD. As much as I dreaded coming in this time because of the work to be done, all went smoothly. I was very comfortable. Loved the team of Dr. Katz and Savannah! You are the best!!

Best. Dentistry. EVER! I have been frightened out of my mind about going to the dentist for many years, due to a horrific experience when I was a teenager. I have, however, brought my children to the dentist regularly, standing watch to make sure they're safe. (It sounds dramatic, but if you knew what happened to me, you'd understand!) I always look forward to a visit to the dentist. Not only is everyone competent and caring but there is an atmosphere of friendliness that pervades the office.
You provide the best, most comprehensive dentistry I have ever received. You are current with the state of the art practices, procedures and products which gives me confidence and comfort in your practice.
After 40+ years of dreading going to the dentist's office I have finally found one I love! I actually laughed and had a good time with the Dr. and staff rather than having a panic attack. I was amazed and surprised at first, but now I'm just thrilled. Thank you Bow Family Dentistry and Dr. Katz and staff for helping me leave decades of dental trauma in the past and look forward to a positive, confident dental experience for the rest of my future.
