Website is outdated and mismanaged, they are apparently closed when they say they are open, not available and have changed to "by appointment only" which is a shame.
I looked up their hours, and made the trek out there when they said they were open to find it closed. Maybe they have great plants and helpful people but a business not being open in accordance with its own schedule (shy an emergency obviously) is pretty darn rude/inconsiderate for customers.
I'd say this is a 4.5 star experience, but I'll round up to offset the idiot review from 6 years ago. This little specialty nursery will be irreplacible should the owner's daughter decide not to carry on the family business when her mother passes on.
