Products not received in over a month. Phoned twice. No assistance in customer service. Was told I had to wait five days to speak with someone. Hate is a strong word. I just disagree with the customer service I received.

This is a great place to visit inside of the Cumberland Mall during each and every visit. The makeup is absolutely beautiful and the staff is extremely professional! They will not only assist you with their wonderful products but they will give you an on-the-spot tutorial on how to use them. You will leave there feeling empowered and educated! Bovanti cosmetics are grade A!
