Don't go to this bovanti! Me and 3 of my friends drove 2 hours to get our makeup done and when we got there, there was only 1 person working and she put 2 faces ahead of us! We made our appointments 2 weeks in advance and we still didn't get our makeup done. So we has to go to our event barefaced and very upset. I will NEVER go to this bovanti again and I am strongly discouraging anyone else to go. They wasted 3 hours of our time promising that someone was on their way. Awful experience. My daughter and I went there to get our lashes and brow done for graduation. My daughter and lashes come off the next day. Spoke to the Associate on Saturday and she stated that yeah I got my lashes done too and my lashes came off. Associate stated that something must be wrong with the glue. Why would you do lashes if you knew something was wrong the glue. Also, I have been calling the corporate number and it just ring. No answer and no voice mail. Beware of the Cumberland location.

Just got my wife eye lashes done, customer service was great and her look afterwards got me smiling from ear to ear. First time customer and will not be our last visit.
