RecommendedI love the product after learning of it at a conference about 18 months ago. However, customer service can really use some help. I paid for an order a month ago, never to get any of it. All attempts to contact the company are completely ignored. So sad, because I really wanted the product. You all really have a great product, but will go out of business with that kind of customer service. I finally asked Paypal to intervene in getting my money back.
Wonderful products, but DON’T make an online or telephone order. I placed on order over 20 Days ago and it has yet to be shipped! I get the run around when I call and the customer service sucks!!! It’s just BAD BUSINESS!
Never been there but I love doing online orders. They are compassion, understanding, have good customer service skills, and sends the best products.

I ordered products from this company on May 20th and still haven’t received the items I ordered. I called them and have been given the run around each time. I have a claim from PayPal to get my money back. Their customer service suck! That’s bad business and you will lose a lot of customers that way.
