So, I haven’t had to use Bouwens for plumbing issues, but based on an experience I had today- when I do need a plumber, you’ll be my first call. Got stuck in a traffic bottleneck this afternoon at 27th & OC. For like 15 minutes! I couldn’t get out of the parking lot and over to the turn lane because of construction/traffic/Lincoln. Last June 2015, we had to replace our sewer line approximately 70 feet. Also had to replace the piping in our basement so it would connect to the kitchen sink, bathroom, backdoor sink, and laundry area. Took about 9 hours but would've been faster if the previous owners had correctly installed the sewer right in the first place. It was the worst sewer he had done in 24 years. Glad Bouwens and his crew were able to get things fixed correctly and for almost a year now we have a good sewer.

Bouwens is excellent-plus. Our plumber went above and beyond the call of duty helping us install plumbing and then hook up our brand new refrigerator. The company we purchased the refrigerator from promised to "install it" but left it in the middle of the kitchen, when the space for the unit was too tight. This was on top of the nightmare that begin from the moment we purchased the frig.
