I Rent from Bouvette properties for many many years now.I have always had a very positive Experience. my maintenance issues are always addressed. The staff always very friendly And helpful whenever I need something addressed. I definitely recommend them. I actually moved out of the state for a while and came back and specifically rented from them because I always had a positive experience.
SCAM!! BEWARE DO NOT RENT!! Britney was kind in the beginning until everything went left. The application was extremely thorough. We were having issue with getting approved because our last townhome was taken over by a different company. Britney was able to get in touch and even helped us only do 1st month rent as a holding deposit instead of double. Now that is where the kindness has ended. This is a SCAM! Please do not waste your time or energy here. Me and my wife were going to move into a property managed by Bouvette and were told that the carpet (stained red in giant areas of the house), missing towel rack, and broken toilet seat would not be fixed by them and we would need to move into the property “as is”. The property was listed with a fridge but were told that the fridge would be sent to us AFTER we signed the lease and the fridge would arrive “whenever the delivery company could sent it out”. I have a tree that has fallen and even though it fell the branches are tall enough to now touch the electric wires. 7/1/2025 I requested it’s now Aug 4 and it’s a safety hazard still no one sent out.
