We met Jesus & Hector shortly after our wedding venue burnt down in March. We booked Rancho Cordoba in Thermal and the place was beyond everything we could have dreamed of. They were extremely kind to us, and took care of anything we needed during our stay. We noticed a lot of ants at the ceremony site and by the time we returned from our rehearsal dinner they had pest control already spraying them. We recently stayed at one of their properties for memorial weekend with family, and from the moment we walked in we were blown away at how beautiful the property was! Literally the opposite of a cat fish 😂. Everything was clean and set up with all towels, toiletries and they even went out of their way to get the kids brand new pool floaties! We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The back yard is wonderful with gorgeous views. The house has plenty of space and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is so peaceful - it was a real treat to walk and watch the birds. Most of all the whole team was so nice and answered any questions very quickly and kindly.
They were very friendly overall, the home was very clean and the pool and spa were great, they were overall the best and can’t wait to com back, best rental company in the valley.
The team was gracious, prompt with responses, and very thorough with details and instructions about the property. All of this made working with them and our stay comfortable and easy!
